1. Overview
Hearth & Hue™ ("we", "us") is a South African online store specialising in ergonomic automotive comfort products and vehicle interior accessories. By using hearthandhue.co.za or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
2. Orders, prices and payment
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). The price shown is the final price you pay. Delivery is free.
- An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly shown in error, and we will refund you in full if we do.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, such as PayFast. We do not store your card details.
- Product descriptions, prices and availability may change. Changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.
3. Delivery
Delivery times and terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address or locker you gave us, so please make sure your details are correct.
4. Returns, refunds and faulty products
Our Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements and refunds work, including your right to cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving it and your rights if a product is faulty.
5. Product use and safety
Our comfort sets and sunshades are designed for the interior of passenger vehicles.
- Follow the installation and care instructions shown on our website and, once available, supplied with the product.
- Fitment: the comfort sets use universal adjustable straps designed to fit most standard passenger vehicles, SUVs and crossovers. Fit can vary with seat shape and headrest design, and we cannot guarantee identical fit in every make and model.
- Airbags and seat controls: before use, check your vehicle manual and make sure straps, buckles or covers do not block side-impact airbag zones, seatbelts or seat safety controls. If you are unsure, do not use the product on that seat.
- Do not adjust or install products while driving.
- Do not use the products for anything other than their intended purpose.
6. Our responsibility
We supply goods that are of good quality and free of defects, as the law requires. To the extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for loss or injury caused by incorrect installation, misuse, vehicle modification, or failure to follow the instructions and warnings above. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
7. Reviews and content you send us
If you submit a review or photos, you confirm that they are honest and yours to share, and you allow us to display them on our store and marketing. We may decline to publish reviews that are spam, abusive, unlawful or unrelated to the product.
8. Intellectual property
All content, designs, photos, videos and branding on this site belong to Hearth & Hue™. Please do not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.
9. Third-party names
References to vehicle makes, models or brands are for compatibility information only. Hearth & Hue™ is an independent accessory brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. We would like to resolve any issue with you directly first, so please contact us before taking any other step.
