• The Journey: Your parcel is dispatched directly from our local stock via our trusted domestic courier partners and designated regional courier partners.
• Tracking: You will receive a direct tracking number via email the moment your parcel is handed to our courier partner, allowing you to monitor your delivery to your doorstep. You can also follow your parcel any time on our Track Your Order page.
• Delivery Windows: Orders arrive within 4 business days of being placed, including the major metropolitan areas (Cape Town, Gauteng and Durban) and regional areas. Very remote addresses may take a little longer, and we will let you know if that applies to your order.
